The new attraction is\nabout two-thirds of the way to completion and the rest of the track is\ncurrently being installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Only a month ago, SeaWorld revealed the coaster\u2019s icy\u00a0blue ride vehicle\u00a0at the IAAPA expo at the <a href=\"http:\/\/orlando.interplex.net\/\">Orange County Convention Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new ride will feature four launches, both backward and forwards, culminating in a reverse launch into the steepest beyond the vertical drop in Florida \u2014 a 93-foot tall spike with a 100-degree angle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attraction also features\na few &#8220;low to the ground&#8221; track elements, which makes riders feel\nlike they are going faster than they actually are. In some areas, the ride is\nonly four feet off the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SeaWorld\nofficials said guests exiting the attraction will come within inches of the\ncoaster sending its next riders out on a thrilling ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The frosty theme of the attraction is meant to highlight SeaWorld\u2019s conservation partner, Alaska SeaLife Center. Primarily dedicated to marine research, education and wildlife response, Alaska SeaLife Center\u2019s mission matches to SeaWorld\u2019s in Orlando, making them an ideal partner to help educate tourists about the Arctic and its inhabitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Ice Breaker opens to guests this spring, it will be the SeaWorld sixth roller coaster in Orlando.
