It\nwas not immediately clear what caused the incident.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photos and videos posted on social media show crews\nrescuing trapped passengers from the cable cars, which travel&nbsp;11 mph and\nat their highest get to 90 feet&nbsp;above the ground.
