Voice Star Christina Grimmie Shot Dead at Orlando Concert
The former voice star Christina Grimmie was shot in the head around 10.30pm Friday at an Orlando concert venue. A gunman opened fire and murdered the 22-year old Voice star while she was greeting fans and signing autographs with the band Before You Exit after a show. Orlando Citrus Bowl Gets New Name
The Orlando Citrus Bowl will change its name to Camping World Stadium thanks to a long-term deal announced Tuesday by officials of Florida Citrus Sports.
Kentucky-based Camping World is a company that specializes in selling parts and service for recreational vehicles and supplies for camping. SeaWorld’s Mako Roller Coaster Now in Testing Phase
Mako SeaWorld’s shark-inspired roller coaster is one step closer to reality
The hypercoaster, that was recently under construction, is now in testing mode. Empty ride vehicles have been spotted running along the truck. Roller coasters over 200 feet tall are given the designation of hyper coaster.
SeaWorld shared a test ride video of its newest roller coaster Mako, giving people a rider’s view of the attraction The video was released on the company’s facebook page a few days ago. The video showed off a number of twists and turns from the first person perspective.

SeaWorld’s Mako Roller Coaster Opens June 10
Fight your fear and get ready for the wildest ride in Orlando.
SeaWorld Orlando has announced an opening date for its new thrill ride, the Mako Hypercoaster. Theme-park guests will be able to board Orlando’s tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster on June 10, when the new shark-themed ride will have its grand opening, according to the press release.
Just last month the final piece of SeaWorld’s hypercoaster Mako was installed. The park has been touting Mako as the longest, tallest and fastest in Orlando. The Walking Dead Attraction Coming to Universal Studios Hollywood
The Walking Dead attraction is coming permenantly to Universal Studios Hollywood and maybe soon to Orlando.
Universal Studios Hollywood announced a brand new attraction: The Walking Dead. Following three years of seasonal Walking Dead mazes, that became widely popular as part of the park’s annual Halloween Horror Nights, the television series will come to life as a permanent, immersive walk- through attraction. The attraction is scheduled to open later this year. It is described as ‘a new year-round attraction’ that will put guests into the walker-filled world of ‘the walking dead’ in various scenarios of the TV show. Guests will walk through different settings from the series all while trying to elude the zombie-like walkers. The attraction will be using both live performers and animatronics, as well as some of the most iconic scenes and environments. Bill Nelson Wants Limits on Drones Around Airports
Nowadays, drones are widely used by hobbyists for photography and corporations for surveying purposes. Frontier Airlines Expands Service to Orlando International Airport
Frontier Airlines is expanding its services with 42 new non-stop routes across the country, including six new flights to Orlando International Airport. The first new service begins April 14 with flights to Nashville and Raleigh/Durham. The following day April 15, flights to Charlotte and New Orleans take off. Lastly,flights to Dallas and Fort Worth start June 16.
